Is the TV mount included?
Prices cover labor. Your own compatible mount costs nothing extra — or we bring one: fixed from $39, tilting from $49, full-motion from $69.
Do you supply the soundbar, shelf or other items?
No — add-on prices are for installation only. You provide the soundbar, shelf, console or other item, and we mount, level and connect it. The only thing we can bring is the TV mount itself (fixed from $39, tilting from $49, full-motion from $69).
Do I need to help lift the TV?
TVs under 60″ — no. For 60″ and larger we need a second person to lift safely: someone at home can help, or we bring a second technician for +$49. A second technician may be required depending on TV size, weight, mounting location and site conditions.
Can you mount above a brick or stone fireplace?
Yes. Above a drywall fireplace or on brick/concrete is +$49, tile or stone is from +$69. If it is both a fireplace and stone, only the larger surcharge applies.
Can you hide the wires inside the wall?
Yes — on interior drywall your cables run inside the wall for $89 (you provide the cables). Fireplace, brick, stone, tile and other surfaces need a photo consultation first, because it is not always possible to hide wires inside those walls. Another option is a paintable cord cover on the wall for $59 (cover included).
What if something goes wrong after the install?
Every install comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty and we are insured. If anything we did isn’t right, we come back and fix it.
Will the price change on the day?
Any price adjustment is discussed and approved before work begins. No surprise fees. The minimum service call is $100.
